2RedBananas DT Texture Challenge

The top Banana has issued another challenge to the 2RedBananas Design Team. We have all been sent a set of products (which are all available at 2RedBananas.com) to be used on a project.

Our supplies included paper from October Afternoon's Daydream Collection, Pink Paislee Glitter, Dew Drops and May Arts ribbon.

I used my supplies to make a layout for my daughter's Year of Firsts album.
The base is CS with a block of Rain Boots DP that was edged with pinking shears and a small strip of Patio Umbrella DP. I used the turquoise ric rac along the right side and the pink velvet ribbon between the DP and journaling block, with a button on top.

I used two stamps from 2RedBananas' August/September Journaling Spot stamp set. The flower and flourish were both stamped with a Glue Pad and glittered with the Bubble Gum Pixie Stix. The flower was punched with a circle punch and mounted on a scalloped circle punched from the reverse side of the Patio Umbrella DP, with a Dew Drop in the center of the flower. There are also three Dew Drops along the bottom left side.

These supplies were fun to use. The glitter is so easy to use with a Glue Pad, and hardly any mess, so I don't know why I don't use it more often. You can get all of these products at 2RedBananas.com.
